Is JPen Medical part of the NHS framework agreement?

Yes, JPen Medical have been accepted onto the NHS Supply Chain Framework Agreement for the Maintenance, Repair and Calibration of Medical Equipment.

Are JPen Medical’s engineers manufacturer trained?

JPen Medical regularly put our engineers on manufacturers training courses as and when they become available. In addition to this, JPen have an in-house training plan for our engineers to ensure that our standard of training provided is some of the best in the industry.

Do JPen Medical carry out testing for low to high risk devices?

JPen Medical mainly take responsibility for testing of low to medium risk but we do also test some of the high risk devices upon request.

We do advise that you arrange a visit to fully discuss your requirements and a proposal and schedule of works would be tailored to meet your needs.

What test equipment do JPen’s engineers use?

Our team of biomedical engineers use the very latest test equipment from Fluke and Rigel.
