What services do JPen Medical offer to care homes and hospices?

The CQC regularly conduct inspections and part of meeting the CQC requirements is to have your medical devices tested/calibrated on an annual basis. We offer testing for all medical devices from blood pressure monitors and vaccine fridges, to syringe drivers.

We only have one syringe driver so annual testing can be a problem for us.

JPen Medical recently launched a T34 express. A return pack will be sent out to you and collection will be arranged using a fully-insured courier service. Testing turnaround time is 5-7 working days. We also offer a T34 onsite testing service which can be included in your normal annual testing visit.

We are only a small care home/hospice with minimal amounts of medical devices, would JPen Medical still send an onsite engineer for our visit?

Yes, no matter how many medical devices you have on site, a JPen Medical engineer will still attend your site to carry out any testing/calibration needed.
