This year, Jpen Medical has spent a great deal of time listening to our customers requirements regarding the annual testing/calibration of their T34’s.
We came to the conclusion that a new unique service needed to be introduced. Our customers also required a repair service but without the callout fee.
With nearly all hospices being on a tight, strict budget it was decided we should assist and provide a full tailored solution.
Introducing the new T34 Express Service, exclusive to Jpen Medical. This service uses TNT Next Day, a fully insured courier service for customers to return their T34 units for testing/calibration with the least amount of disruption to the day-to-day running of their establishment.
Jpen Medical will supply packaging and return labels will be emailed directly to you. Each T34 is fully insured during transit for up to £1,500. The unit will be tested/ calibrated and returned to you within a four day window.
The Testing Procedure
Our testing guidelines follow the CME Medical guidelines and 2nd line technical servicing. Each T34 is fully tested to ensure each device is running at optimal performance and ensures safety compliance at your care home or hospice.
Full testing certification is provided for each device and full UKAS traceability for our test equipment. Any failures are either recalibrated, adjusting occlusion pressure or a full fail report will be provided to you with repair costs, before any parts are replaced. You will also receive any MHRA notifications and bulletins issued by CME Medical regarding your T34’s performance and upgrades.
