RE: Temporary suspension of JPEN Medical services – Covid-19

We wish to inform you that in light of the restrictions placed upon us by the Covid-19 pandemic, we have made the decision to temporarily postpone all appointments throughout April.

We are aware that you may have testing that is due shortly, however our priority at this time is to minimise the risk of infection to our staff, and to your employees and patients.

Please be aware that all CQC visits have been postponed, so you will not fail any audits during this time. We will reschedule your appointment for calibration and testing once we have further clarification from the government on how we are able to proceed.

We are closely monitoring all Covid-19 developments whilst adhering to government guidelines and will contact you again as soon as we have further updates.
