JPen Medical Ltd was founded over 20 years ago. From day one we’ve enabled our customers to maintain safe and reliable medical devices and instrumentation, and that remains central to our company ethos today.

Head quartered in Tamworth we work throughout England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands, with more than 2000 customers at over 5 thousand locations.

We deliver medical device test, inspection and calibration services across a variety of healthcare and commercial sectors, helping our customers comply with standards and best practice guidelines laid out by MHRA, CQC and PAM.

We are part of PHS Group, the UK’s leading provider of workplace services including hygiene, washroom and clinical waste management solutions.

All our services help your organisation meet legislative responsibilities and best practice standards for testing medical equipment & devices to CQC, MHRA, and IEC 62353 in-service test standards.

Our medical engineers are fully accredited, highly experienced and trained directly by leading medical device OEMs including Omron, CME Medical, Braun, Welch Allyn, Rigel and Laerdal. And we work closely with a medical consultant in RM Future Development Ltd who brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience in the delivery of Bio Medical Devices.

JPen Medical is accredited to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 and we are members of the Institute of Physics in Medicine (IPEM) and the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM).

General Manager

Dominic Cadwallader is now the General Manager at JPen Medical. Previously, Dominic worked as a National account manager for PHS Compliance where he managed 5 of the largest accounts in the business. He has worked in the Compliance sector for over 15 years managing in both operations and sales. Passionate about customer service and operational delivery JPen Medical was a natural fit.
