medical diagnostic equipment in one visit.

As a result our approach saves you valuable amounts of time and money.
Certification
Once we have tested and calibrated all your medical equipment, all items that have passed receive a pass certificate.
At the end of each visit, the engineer presents you with a set of certificates confirming the test results. The certificates are evidence of meeting nGMS contract requirements concerning diagnostic equipment inspection, maintenance and calibration and can be used to make monetary claims under the quality points scheme.
Setting up the visit
Once you have decided that you would like us to test your equipment, you need to fill in a pre-visit questionnaire. The questionnaire asks you what equipment you would like us to test and we use it the form estimate how long your appointment is going to take. We will contact you within 24 hours to make an appointment for our graduate engineer to call.
Express Service
We offer an "Express Service", allowing customers to send us their smaller items at any time through the year and have them back, fully tested, calibrated and certificated. Normally within 2 days we can turn your medical equipment around.
Should it not be possible to repair the item, we are able to advise you on the best replacement to purchase. We don't sell medical equipment, so you can be confident our advice is totally unbias.
Free Technical Helpline
Wa also offer a Free Technical Helpline service. Should you have a piece of medical equipment that is not working, we can help, if possible to 'fix it' via our helpline. Should it not be possible to sort the problem out, you can take advantage of the Express Service.
