Free Technical Helpline

We handle over 60,000 pieces of medical equipment every year and are familiar with all problems and issues that may occur. We understand the importance of ensuring your medical equipment is working correctly.

You can call our Free Technical Helpline to speak to one of our fully qualified engineers, who can help ycustomer service girlou with any problems you may have with your medical equipment.

If the problems cannot be remedied over the telephone, you can use our Express Service to send your items to us for repair.  If you would like to use this service simply download and complete the Express Order Form and post it to us along with your equipment and payment.

On receipt of your items, we guarantee to test, calibrate and adjust where necessary, (and possible) then return the medical devices to you within 2 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to fix items that are broken or out of calibration.

The cost of this service is set out on the form. We do not charge return postage costs and the service is free to contract customers for items covered under the contract.

 

How do you operate a new piece of medical equipment?

Our fully trained engineers can give you help and advice on any new piece of medical equipment that you purchase.  This service will help reduce the time in which it takes to have your new piece of medical equipment fully functioning.

 

What make and model should you buy?

We do not sell equipment therefore we have no agenda. We will just give you our honest opinion based on years of experience.
