Express Service
We offer a medical equipment maintenance express service to all our customers for the repair, test and calibration of small pieces of medical equipment. This service has a 2 day turnaround from receipt which ensures the minimum time you are without your medical equipment.

Assessing the Equipment
On receipt of your items, JPen Medical guarantees to test, calibrate and adjust where necessary and possible, then return the items to you within 2 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to fix items that are broken or out of calibration.
The cost of this service is set out on the form. We do not charge return postage costs and the service is free to contract customers for items covered under the contract.
When posting equipment please follow these three simple rules:

Make sure the item(s) are adequately packed.

Send by registered post.

Ensure the item(s) are insured, as JPen Medical cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage.
