The relationship between patient and medical staff is very important. Confidence in practitioner ability and the equipment they use is imperative for successful treatment and recovery. That is why JPen Medical Ltd is continuing to improve its On-site Medical Equipment Testing and Calibration Service by launching a free Technical Helpline.
The new Helpline is available to all JPen Medical customers and will provide a crucial backup for medical personnel with technical queries regarding in-surgery equipment. In many cases, simple checks can be carried out by surgery staff pre-empting the need for an engineer to visit and allowing equipment to reliably continue in use. The Helpline engineer can also let medical staff know whether equipment does in fact require re-calibration or other additional work, which can then be quickly and easily arranged.
The Helpline number will be provided to all GP surgeries on a handy business card, which can be kept near equipment or next to the phone for quick reference. This service will give the GP surgeries qualified technical advice for the cost of a local telephone call.
